🤍 This place is so amazing, it's clean and up to date with all the newest tech. So easy to keep track of records because they use "my chart" app. It seems there's always something new and useful for any of your health needs even including dental, eye and behavior health, it's impressive. The staff is always so kind and attentive ready to help with anything! It really seems like they care. I think it's the best care I've had, my primary care provider was so amazing. It made me sad that she left 😭. ...unfortunately a recent walk in visit was rough, the doctor was so unresponsive to what I was saying or feeling, because she felt she knew everything immediately as she talked about how experienced she is. Without understanding my situation, she was completely rude at the edge of insulting. Now I'm waiting a month for a new provider while I feel bad still, because I don't really want to deal with that again. I left more stressed and pain than when I got there. 😵‍💫 So be aware with walk in, but usually it's great. Overall this is one of the easiest places to be if your not feeling well and is always on top of things. 🙌✨

I went to the Eye Clinic there, because my left eye was irritating me. The staff was very helpful and friendly. While there, the eye doctor checked my eye and I was able to get an exam and prescription for glasses, all in the same day. I was a very pleased patient. Thank you RPHC. 🫶🏽☺️

Excellent customer service right when you step in the clinic. The front entrance employees handed me a water and ask if I needed help. Their information was very helpful and I was seen in less than 20 mins. The staff n Dr were very nice n listened to my health issues n gave me the help I needed Thank you, Walk In clinic, lab and pharmacy. Keep up the great work

Avieanna Clinic Scheduler is very helpful and super sweet we need more individuals like her. She was very informative and treated and talked to me with respect. She deserves more then 5 stars keep up the great customer service 🩷

If anyone cares to read this review! Haha I’ve had ups and downs with this place. The ups outweighing the downs by a long shot. This place has been the best place for me to go as a Native American. I feel seen, understood, and cared for. I have almost been to every department for the last 2 yrs upon discovering this place. Patients tend to forget that they are people too. I have seen them get yelled at by patients and continue to try and be their best for the next patient. Key Points to be noted by some reviews I saw. -This place is busy, they have limited staff with patient numbers continuing to grow. A reason for why it might take so long to be able to schedule another patient. They do prioritize serving their community first. As long as you do not have a high rate cancellation or no show, you’ll be able to get better scheduled. I have great attendance here and have no problems scheduling. I am not part of the salt river community. -If you do not like who you are seeing, they have patient/client experience surveys. Take the time to fill them out. You are allowed to switch to another caregiver at the facility. I did not enjoy my experience with at least 1 person. Was able to easi
